We have three workshops equipped with modern machinery and specialized machines.

Our Capabilities custom-line

Pattern Development

Our design workshop actively uses modern technologies, such as computer-aided design and CAD/CAM systems, to improve production efficiency and quality.

Cyclic Machines

We have a fleet of cyclic machines. In sewing bags and pouches, cyclic machines are like a "printing press" for sewing handles, straps, velcro, and decorative elements. They turn the most laborious and tedious work into the fastest.

Seam Sealing

Seam sealing (taping) on a special machine in the sewing workshop is a process used in the textile industry to reinforce or seal seams on textile products. We have 6 specialized sealing machines.

Thermal Transfer

We develop and apply your logo to the sewn product. We use high-quality and wear-resistant thermal film. We also apply the name of your company. The use of reflective thermal film is also possible.

Cyclic machines

A cyclic machine will make 1000 products identically. The human factor is excluded: there will be no crooked lines, skipped stitches, or misalignment of parts. All products will look identical.

The programmable machine makes exactly as many stitches as laid down in the program and cuts the thread as short as possible. There are no extra line overlaps and long thread tails that need to be cut manually later.

Cyclic machines allow creating reinforced fasteners (envelopes, high-density zigzags) at the attachment points of handles, backpack straps, and release systems. Making such a dead-holding fastener on a universal machine is long and physically difficult.

The use of seam sealing machines in the production of military equipment is not just an improvement in quality, but often a mandatory requirement (especially when working with Ministry of Defense specifications). In combat conditions, the health and life of a soldier may depend on the dryness and strength of the equipment.

Thermal tape works as an additional reinforcing layer. It binds the cut parts not only with threads but also with an adhesive layer, distributing the load over the entire area of the seam.

The tape covers the threads from direct friction against equipment or external objects, as well as from UV radiation and moisture, preventing thread rot. The sealed seam is flat and smooth. This reduces the risk of skin chafing during prolonged wear.
